Carbon Fiber is a pure black body heating material. There is almost no visible light in the electro-thermal conversion process, more than 30% energy saving than the traditional metal electric heating materials. It has the characteristics of rapid temperature rise, small thermal hysteresis, uniform heat generation, long heat radiation transmission distance and fast heat exchange rate.
Carbon Fiber Infrared Heaters operate at around 1,200℃ and emit medium wave infrared. The carbon fibers produce gentler heat, and their light is less intense than tungsten. They also have long service lives. These emitters are produced as single round tube or twin tube emitters, in lengths up to 3 meters. This unique lamp is ideal for drying applications that don’t require high, intense heat of short-wave and long drawn-out heat of medium-wave, but rather falls in between. And it is available with white ceramic reflector and golden coating.
Carbon-based Medium Wave Infrared Emitters dry water-based coatings more efficiently than short-wave infrared radiators. Materials such as glass and plastic, are more suitable for medium wave radiation.
