YFR twin-tube fast medium-wave (FMW) infrared lamps combine a stable quartz profile with a resistance filament selected for faster response than a conventional medium-wave emitter. They are used in industrial processes where materials such as water-based coatings, paper, textiles, plastics and adhesives respond well to a medium-wave-oriented output.

These are product-family reference values. Maximum power and length do not necessarily apply together; final limits depend on lamp section, filament, reflector, mounting orientation and cooling.

Clear quartz radiates around the lamp and can be paired with an external reflector. Gold or white ceramic coatings direct radiation toward one side. Coated angle, reflector length and orientation must match the machine layout.

FMW emitters can be evaluated for paint and coating drying, powder-coating processes, printing and converting, paper-moisture control, textile finishing, adhesive activation, plastic welding and component preheating. Material testing is recommended when replacing another wavelength class.
Provide voltage, power, total length, heated length, cross-section, reflector, ceramic ends, cable and connector. For replacements, include the original code, photos of both ends and the installed heating direction.
