Yinfrared
YFR infrared heating lamps are used in PET stretch-blow moulding machines to heat preforms before the stretching and blowing stage. Multiple lamps are arranged in controlled oven zones so the preform reaches a suitable temperature profile before entering the mould.
The lamp must match both the machine and the bottle process. Voltage, power, overall length, heated length, quartz tube, reflector, socket, cable and connector are confirmed for each order. An original lamp sample, drawing, clear photos or machine information can be used for replacement evaluation.

Clear lamps can be paired with the machine’s external reflector. Gold or white ceramic coatings direct radiation toward one side and may be used where the oven requires a defined heating direction. The coated angle and orientation must match the holder so the reflector does not face away from the preforms.
Lamp output, oven airflow, preform rotation, line speed and zone settings should be adjusted together. The same percentage setting may produce a different preform temperature after a lamp type or reflector is changed. Validate the process by checking preform temperature, bottle-wall distribution, haze, crystallization, gate condition and forming stability.
Send the original lamp code, machine model, voltage, power, total length, heated length, tube diameter, photos of both ends and connector details. If the holder clips are also required, provide their dimensions and mounting position.
