YFR round tube infrared lamps are quartz infrared heater lamps designed for fast, direct, and uniform industrial heating. Compared with reflector-type lamps, round tube IR lamps emit radiation around the tube body, making them suitable for equipment designs where heat needs to be distributed from multiple directions or matched with an external reflector system.

Each lamp is manufactured with a high-purity quartz tube and a tungsten filament. The lamp can reach working temperature quickly, helping production lines reduce warm-up time and improve process response in drying, curing, preheating, thermoforming, coating, and industrial oven applications.

We supply standard and customized round tube infrared lamps according to voltage, wattage, heating length, total length, tube diameter, filament structure, lead wire, ceramic cap, and installation requirements. Gold coating, white ceramic coating, and clear quartz versions are available depending on the heating direction and process design.

Short-wave Infrared emitters function at high temperatures of 1,300 - 2,600 C and emit infrared waves with a wavelength of around 0.75 - 1.4 microns. These wavelengths tend to be more transmissive and reflecting since they have higher frequencies.

With infrared technology, a transmission medium is not required, in contrast to all other heating methods. In some heating techniques, for instance, the air is heated first before the substance is heated. These procedures become ineffective and unfriendly to the environment since this does not occur losslessly. However, the environment is entirely unaffected by short-wave infrared radiation, and only the body gets heated. The efficiency of shortwave infrared emitters is unmatched due to this physical characteristic.
