YINFRARED
YFR round-tube infrared lamps use a quartz envelope and tungsten filament to provide rapid, non-contact radiant heating. Because an uncoated round tube can emit around its circumference, it is suitable for equipment that uses an external reflector or needs radiation to reach the product from more than one direction.
The lamp is customized around the machine and process. Voltage, power, total length, heated length, tube diameter, filament, cable, ceramic end and reflector finish can be selected for new equipment or replacement work.

These figures describe the published product range, not one universal lamp. The safe electrical load and maximum length depend on tube diameter, filament design, mounting, cooling and operating orientation.
Clear quartz: radiates around the tube and can be paired with a separate machine reflector.
Gold reflector: directs radiation toward one side of the workpiece.
White ceramic reflector: provides another directional-heating option for selected operating conditions.
Reflector angle and mounting orientation should be marked on the drawing, especially for replacements.
Round-tube lamps can be evaluated for drying ink, paint and coatings; curing or activating adhesives; preheating components; thermoforming plastics; heating PET preforms; textile processing; and integration into industrial ovens or conveyor modules. The correct emitter depends on how the material absorbs infrared energy and how quickly the line moves through the heating zone.
For a custom lamp, provide the material, heated area, working distance, line speed or cycle time, voltage and installation space. For a replacement, include the original code, overall length, heated length, tube diameter, voltage, power, photos of both ends and connector details.
