The Process Challenge

Wet latex on activated-carbon filter material can limit line output and contaminate downstream rollers when the existing dryer reaches its capacity.

The Infrared Approach

A compact medium-wave infrared booster is placed before the existing drying section. The additional controlled energy removes moisture earlier in the line.
