The Process Challenge

Steam-heated rollers may not remove enough moisture from coated board. The coated grade can then run much slower than standard corrugated material.

A wide carbon medium-wave infrared dryer adds controllable energy directly after coating. Zoning and extraction help match the 2.4 m web and changing line conditions.
