The Process Challenge

UV or LED screen-printed glass may still require a thermal post-treatment. A conventional hot-air oven can add a long residence time and occupy valuable floor space.

The Infrared Approach

Carbon medium-wave infrared transfers energy to the printed surface with fast response. A zoned module can be integrated after printing and adjusted to the ink, glass thickness and line speed.
