The Process Challenge

Hot filling into cold glass can create thermal shock. Hot-water rinsing may introduce stoppages, uneven temperatures and a demanding working environment.

The Infrared Approach

A multi-zone carbon infrared tunnel preheats empty glass jars before filling. Temperature feedback at the outlet can regulate the final zone and follow line conditions.
