YFR customized infrared halogen lamps can be supplied with different quartz and optical configurations to suit the machine and heating objective. Clear quartz, ruby-coated surfaces and reflector-equipped designs influence how visible light and infrared energy leave the lamp, so the correct option should be chosen according to the material, operator environment and reflector arrangement in the equipment.
This page is intended for custom and replacement projects. Voltage, power, overall length, heated length, tube diameter, end connection, cable and optical finish are confirmed for each order rather than assumed from appearance alone.

The optical finish is only one part of the design. The emitter must also match the electrical supply, heating time, material response and cooling conditions. A ruby or reflective coating should not be selected solely because an existing lamp has a similar colour.

Customized halogen lamps can be evaluated for coating and ink drying, adhesive activation, plastics processing, PET preform heating, printing equipment, localized component heating and OEM heating modules. Ruby-coated versions are often considered where visible glare must be reduced, while reflector versions are useful when the machine needs more directional heating. Actual suitability depends on the material and process test conditions.
For a replacement project, provide the original lamp code and photos of the complete lamp, both ends, coating boundary, cable and connector. Measure total length, heated length and tube diameter, and confirm voltage and power from the label or machine documentation. If the reflector coating covers only part of the circumference, mark the heating direction on the drawing.
