YFR quartz infrared halogen heating lamps are designed for industrial processes that need fast, controllable radiant heat. The lamp converts electrical energy into infrared radiation inside a compact quartz tube, allowing heat to be directed toward a defined product area without first warming the entire surrounding space.
This product is supplied as a customized emitter rather than one fixed model. Lamp length, heated length, voltage, power, tube diameter, end termination, cable direction and reflector option can be evaluated for new equipment or replacement projects. The final configuration must be matched to the machine, electrical supply and process conditions.

The most suitable lamp cannot be selected from wattage alone. The material, absorption behaviour, working distance, exposure time and required temperature profile also influence the result.

Quartz halogen emitters can be evaluated for paint and coating drying, adhesive activation, printing and converting, PET preform heating, plastic forming, textile processing, composite preheating and localized heating of components. The same lamp construction may not be appropriate for every material, so the process should be reviewed before the wavelength class, reflector and control method are finalized.
For a new heating system, provide the heated area, material, line speed or cycle time, working distance, available voltage and space limits. YFR can use this information to discuss a practical lamp arrangement.
For a replacement, send a clear overall photo, close-up photos of both ends, the original label or lamp code, total length, heated length, voltage, power, tube diameter and connector details. A sample or drawing is recommended when the end structure or filament position is unusual.
