YFR SK15-style white-plated infrared tubes are designed for PET preform ovens and other industrial equipment that requires a compact short-wave quartz emitter with directional radiation. The white ceramic reflector sends more useful heat toward the preform side while reducing radiation toward the rear of the lamp.

Several lamps are normally arranged in heating zones. Zone output, oven airflow, preform rotation and line speed work together to create the required temperature profile. After replacing lamps, validate preform temperature and bottle-wall distribution rather than assuming the previous controller percentages will give the same result.
Voltage, power, overall length, heated length, tube diameter, reflector length, coated angle, SK15 end connection, cable and connector can be customized. For a replacement, send the original code, machine model, lamp photos, electrical data and dimensions. Mark the white-reflector side relative to the preform.
