Single-Tube Short-Wave Infrared Heating Lamp

YFR single-tube infrared heating lamps use a helically wound tungsten filament inside a compact quartz envelope. The narrow round tube is suitable for localized heating, dense multi-lamp arrays and equipment with limited installation space. Clear, reflector-coated and customized end configurations can be evaluated for OEM or replacement use.

Typical Applications

Single-tube lamps can be evaluated for coating and ink drying, adhesive activation, plastic forming, PET preform heating, local component preheating, textile processing, food-equipment heating zones and custom industrial ovens. Their compact diameter makes them useful when several lamps must be arranged close together or when a narrow heating line is required.

Replacement Information

Provide the original lamp code, voltage, power, tube diameter, total length, heated length, photos of both ends and connector details. If the lamp uses a directional reflector, mark the side that faces the product. An undamaged sample or dimensioned drawing is recommended for non-standard end structures.
