YFR
YFR gold and rose-gold infrared heating tubes are radiant emitters for outdoor and semi-outdoor heaters used in restaurants, cafés, hotels, terraces, patios, balconies, commercial entrances, and leisure spaces. The coating is selected to influence heating direction and visible appearance while matching the mechanical structure of the heater.
Gold-coated lamps are widely used where directional radiant heating is required. Rose-gold and other glare-reduction treatments can provide a softer visual effect than clear high-intensity lamps. Actual brightness, color appearance, radiant distribution, and workpiece or occupant temperature depend on the complete lamp, reflector, housing, power, installation height, and environment.

Residential balcony and garden heaters
Semi-open workstations and entrance heating
OEM heater production and compatible maintenance replacement
Gold reflector coating is normally selected to direct more infrared radiation toward the working side and reduce rear-side radiation. Rose-gold or low-glare coating is selected when the product designer also wants to reduce visible brightness and create a warmer appearance. The most suitable option should be confirmed from the required heating direction, acceptable glare level, housing design, and sample test.

YFR can evaluate standard and custom lamp configurations according to the heater drawing or original sample. Available engineering variables include:
Total length and heated length
Voltage and wattage
Single-tube or twin-tube structure
Tube diameter or cross-section
Filament and heated-zone arrangement
Gold, rose-gold, clear, or other feasible coating
End cap, lead wire, terminal, connector, and cable direction
Sealing details for integration into weather-resistant heater assemblies
A full photo of the original lamp
Close-up photos of both ends and electrical connections
Visible markings, voltage, and power
Total length, heated length, and tube size
Coating type and emitting direction
Heater model, installation orientation, and quantity
Weather resistance is a property of the completed heater assembly. It depends on the lamp ends, holders, seals, housing, cable glands, connectors, drainage, and final assembly test. A replacement tube should not be treated as independently waterproof or suitable for immersion.
The heater manufacturer or installer should provide guards, electrical protection, safe clearances, suitable wiring, over-temperature protection, and installation instructions. Mounting height and coverage should be validated because wind, ambient temperature, reflector geometry, and heater angle affect perceived warmth.
For customized lamps, YFR reviews the available drawing or sample information before production. Dimensions, electrical rating, coating direction, end construction, and connection details should be confirmed on the order specification. For a new heater design, prototype testing is recommended before volume production.

Choose according to heating direction, acceptable visible brightness, heater appearance, and housing design. Send your current lamp photos and target effect so the options can be reviewed.
A compatible replacement can be evaluated if the electrical rating, dimensions, coating direction, and end structure are confirmed. A product name alone is not enough for matching.
Normally the IP rating applies to the complete tested heater or lamp assembly. The final manufacturer must validate the assembled product.
Feasible length depends on tube structure, electrical rating, filament support, shipping protection, and the heater design. Please provide a drawing for engineering review.
