YINFRARED Bänder Gold lamps are gold-reflector short-wave infrared emitters designed for industrial drying, curing and localized heating. The product family covers selected power configurations from 2400W to 6000W and can be customized to match existing heaters or new OEM equipment.
The gold coating is applied to a defined part of the quartz tube to direct radiant energy toward the process side. Reflector length, coated angle and mounting orientation must be specified correctly so the radiation is aimed at the workpiece.

Model numbers are reference configurations. Voltage, overall length, heated length, quartz section, filament, cold zones, reflector and end connections must be confirmed for the actual machine.

For a new application, provide the material, heated area, working distance, line speed or cycle time, voltage and available installation space. For a replacement, send the original part number, voltage, power, total length, heated length, cross-section, photos of both ends and connector details. Mark the reflector side relative to the product.
A Bänder Gold lamp should not be selected only by wattage or overall length. Electrical loading, filament zones, end structure and reflector orientation must match the machine. Installation should be completed by qualified personnel, with correct cooling and thermal-expansion clearance.
