The Process Challenge

Preheating acoustic insulation blanks can become a production bottleneck. Older foil heaters may carry maintenance cost and a separate warm-up stage.

The Infrared Approach

Zoned carbon infrared twin-tube emitters heat the PE-EVA sheet directly in the molding cell. Pyrometer feedback coordinates the heater and press cycle.
