CUSTOM INDUSTRIAL INFRARED HEATING
Cold MDF, plywood or particleboard can make PUR hot-melt stringy and lead to poor adhesion. Hot air may also disturb dust near the bonding line.
Carbon medium-wave infrared locally preheats the board surface before laminating. The heater responds from low standby to full output as panels arrive.
