CUSTOM INDUSTRIAL INFRARED HEATING
TARGETED PIPE HEATING
Ring-shaped, segmented or linear infrared emitters can concentrate heat on the forming zone.
Reference data subject to application testing and specification review.
Pipe ends and selected tube sections must be softened before bending, socketing or groove forming. Hot air, liquid baths and contact heaters may warm a larger area than necessary and can complicate clamping or automation.
Ring-shaped, segmented or linear infrared emitters can concentrate heat on the forming zone. The emitter geometry, heated length and power profile are adapted to the pipe material, diameter and wall thickness.
