YFR
YFR PLB, PLP, and PLA infrared heaters are designed to provide direct radiant heat for patios, terraces, garages, workshops, warehouses, balconies, semi-outdoor areas, and commercial heating spaces. The heater can be supplied with a carbon fiber infrared tube or quartz infrared tube depending on the required heating performance, visual effect, and application environment.
The series uses an anodized extruded aluminum alloy housing and aluminum reflector structure. Wall-mounted and freestanding installation options are available. Mechanical-control and remote-control versions can be selected according to the operating requirements. Electronic versions can be supplied with a 1–24 hour timer.
For installation in damp or semi-outdoor spaces, model selection should be confirmed carefully. Mechanical versions are available with IP34 protection, while electronic versions are not designed as waterproof models.

| PLP Series | Carbon fiber or quartz tube, mechanical or remote-control option | Commercial and semi-outdoor heating spaces |
| PLA Series | Carbon fiber or quartz tube, installation and control options available | Project-based heating and OEM configuration |
The final model should be selected according to heater size, power, control method, installation method, heating area, and environmental conditions.
| Heating Element | Typical Characteristics | Suitable Applications |
|---|---|---|
| Carbon Fiber Tube | Softer visible light, comfortable radiant heating, stable heating feel | Patios, balconies, restaurants, cafés, residential outdoor spaces |
| Quartz Tube | Faster visible heating response and stronger bright heat output | Workshops, garages, warehouses, local heating zones, commercial spaces |
Both heating elements can be used for radiant heating. The correct option depends on user comfort, heating intensity, installation distance, visual brightness preference, and operating environment.
Infrared heaters transfer radiant heat directly to people, objects, and surfaces within the heating area. This makes them practical for semi-open and high-airflow spaces where warm air from conventional heaters may be lost quickly.
For patios, terraces, garages, workshops, and warehouses, infrared heating can provide localized warmth without needing to heat the full air volume. This is useful for outdoor seating zones, workstations, maintenance areas, and commercial heating projects.
| Advantage | Practical Benefit |
|---|---|
| Carbon fiber or quartz tube option | Allows different heating performance and visual comfort choices |
| Aluminum alloy housing | Durable structure for indoor and semi-outdoor use |
| Aluminum reflector | Helps direct radiant heat toward the target area |
| Wall-mounted option | Saves floor space and suits fixed heating zones |
| Freestanding option | Allows flexible placement in patios, garages, workshops, or events |
| Mechanical control option | Simple and durable operation |
| Remote-control option | Convenient operation for residential and commercial users |

|---|---|
| Wall-mounted | Suitable for patios, terraces, balconies, garages, workshops, and fixed work areas |
| Freestanding | Suitable for flexible positioning, temporary spaces, and movable heating needs |
| Bracket installation | Can be configured according to project installation structure |
For better heating effect, the heater should be installed at a suitable height and angle so radiant heat is directed toward the target area. Installation should follow local electrical safety requirements.
| Control Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Mechanical Control | Simple manual operation, available for IP34 mechanical versions |
| Remote Control | Convenient operation for user-facing spaces and commercial applications |
| Electronic Timer | 1–24 hour timer available for electronic models |

Important note: waterproof performance depends on the selected version. Mechanical versions are available with IP34 protection. Electronic versions should not be treated as waterproof models.
To choose the correct infrared heater, confirm the following information:
| Selection Item | Example |
|---|---|
| Product series | PLB, PLP, or PLA |
| Heating element | Carbon fiber tube or quartz tube |
| Installation method | Wall-mounted or freestanding |
| Control method | Mechanical, remote control, or electronic timer |
| Application | Patio, garage, workshop, warehouse, terrace |
| Power and voltage | According to local power system and heating area |
| Environment | Indoor, semi-outdoor, damp area, or dry outdoor sheltered area |
| Waterproof requirement | Confirm whether IP34 mechanical version is required |
| Quantity and packaging | Sample order, batch order, or OEM packaging |
The heater should be selected according to the actual installation environment. For outdoor or damp spaces, confirm the protection level and version before ordering. The mechanical version can be supplied with IP34 protection, while electronic versions are not waterproof.
Avoid installing the heater where direct water exposure, unsuitable cable routing, or poor ventilation may affect safe operation. For project installation, use qualified electrical wiring and suitable mounting hardware.
YFR can support distributors, project contractors, and OEM customers with configuration and packaging requirements.
