Define the Ink and Web Window

Record PET gauge, width, colour, printing method, ink chemistry, coating weight, initial temperature, target dryness and maximum web temperature. Confirm whether migration, odour or residual-solvent requirements apply.


Match Energy to Line Speed

Residence time changes with press speed. Divide the dryer into controllable zones and use speed-related power limits so the web receives an appropriate energy dose during acceleration and deceleration.
