YFR
YFR supplies compatible replacement infrared lamps for selected Heidelberg printing presses and Heraeus-type infrared drying systems. The lamps are intended for maintenance and spare-parts projects where electrical rating, heated length, reflector, ceramic ends, cables and connectors must match the existing dryer.
These are YFR replacement products, not original Heidelberg or Heraeus lamps. Brand names and machine models are used only for identification and compatibility evaluation.
Replacement constructions can be evaluated for selected Speedmaster 52, 72, 74, 102 and XL105 drying systems. The press model alone is not sufficient because different dryer configurations may use different lamps.

YFR checks the supplied part number, photos and dimensions before proposing a replacement. A sample or dimensioned drawing is preferred when the label is missing or the end structure has been modified. After the first lamp is confirmed, the specification can be recorded for repeat maintenance orders.
These lamps are used in printing-dryer maintenance, coating and ink drying, and spare-parts programmes for compatible equipment. Installation should be completed by qualified personnel. Reflector orientation, clip position, thermal-expansion clearance, cable routing and cooling must match the original system.
