An industrial infrared heating system combines more than lamps. The emitter bank, enclosure, reflectors, electrical cabinet, control zones, sensors, airflow and line-stop logic must work as one system around a defined product-temperature and production target.

Document product dimensions, material, mass, target temperature, cycle or line speed, heated faces and acceptable temperature spread. Include warm-up, idle and restart conditions.
Zone boundaries should follow product width, motion, edge losses and recipe changes. Independent control can reduce unnecessary heating and correct predictable profile differences.
List every interface that must be resolved before fabrication, including mechanical, electrical, controls and exhaust connections.

Choose sensing locations that represent the product rather than only the air. Coordinate closed-loop control, power limits, recipe management, part detection and line-speed feed-forward where appropriate.
A stopped line can expose one product area for too long. Define rapid power reduction, cooling airflow, guarding, isolation and safe maintenance access before commissioning.
