Industrial quartz infrared lamp quality depends on consistent materials, controlled assembly and inspection against an approved drawing. A finished tube may look simple, but filament geometry, seals, cold ends, reflector coverage and terminations all affect compatibility and service performance.
Define the quartz section, heating element, support parts, seals, reflector, leads and connectors. Material substitutions should be reviewed because they can change temperature capability, fit or optical behaviour.
